When you are visiting Kuta, Lombok enjoy all of the fresh veggies, fruits and baked goods. There are open air markets in Kuta on Sunday which are a great way to kick off the week. From chilies to coconuts to fresh roasted coffee beans you will be able to stock up on great items for your trip. If there is something that you have forgotten the Sengkol market is open Monday and Tuesday.

There is little refrigeration in Kuta, leading to much of the food being prepared fresh. The local farmers are known for:
